| Message: There's still some trails left down in the North Scranton area around Schiff's. You've got to follow the tracks. There's also a few trails up behind the Viewmont mall but they are getting scarce with the construction in Dickson City. The Bullhead Cliffs in Dickson City have even been leveled now. Also the Oasis in Dickson is almost gone. |

| Message: Locals and visitors alike should know that the coal dumps in Carbondale are private property. From what I understand, there have been quite a few incidents involving law enforcement there in the last few years. I think the neighbors had about enough of the noise and dust. You are probably better off riding on the trails along Salem mountain or Jessup mountain, although technically these are private property also. |
